Warning: This action is irreversible

Deleting your account will result in:

Loss of all your progress (XP, badges, completed challenges)
Deletion of all associated explorer profiles
Deletion of your personal data
Inability to recover your account

How to delete my account?

Option 1: In the application

The simplest method if you're logged in:

Open the Apex Explorer app
Go to Settings (⚙️ icon)
Scroll to "Delete my account"
Confirm your choice

📧 Option 2: By email

Send us an email with the following information:

Subject: "Account deletion request"
The email address associated with your account
Names of explorer profiles to delete

Send an email →

Processing times

Via the app: Immediate deletion
Via email: Within 30 days maximum (per GDPR)

You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
